Welcome refugees at home

This structure, launched in 2015 by two law students at the Sorbonne, has helped around one hundred migrants. “The demand is always growing and we have a lot of work,” says David Durand-Delacre the president. We have been in contact with Airbnb for a long time.

Their website is the embodiment of an informal partnership that had been in place since the beginning of 2016. Now, we hope that this site will help us and will bring additional accommodation offers for quite long periods. The Refugees Bienvenue volunteers also follow up on the refugees, assist them in their efforts and even offer them activities at the Curious Café (3 Scipion Street) or cultural activities (film club or theater stage).
