Hello, my name is Rama from Damascus. I came to Barcelona in 2016 with my husband and my children.
I am happy here in Barcelona. I started with an association to help refugees in cultural exchanges. I left from the war in my country. I studied accounting in Syria, but here in Barcelona I started a new different life.
I started sharing the different cultures of my country, including cooking, which I am skilled in. I do some cooking workshops addressed to Spanish people who are very happy with this. We share stories about our countries that are very beautiful.
I started my own small buisness selling Syrian food on social media , and I hope one day to have my own restaurant. REST project and Abrazo Cultural are helping me to promote my skills.
